This week we finished off a beautiful Weatherboard cottage in Richmond. The transformation was due to a couple of factors. 1. The client had the courage to select smart modern colours that will last and fitted the single fronted house. 2. No short cuts were taken with the preparation. The whole house was pressure washed before we started painting. All the areas were sanded and filled before we painted also.
3. we used 2 coats of Dulux weathersheild gloss to finish off the job.
Meanwhile in Brighton Gerard is half way through the major renovation to 327 St Kilda st. If you see the sign on the side of the road you can see gerard and his team working away. And NO, the sign is not a sprint finish for the north road ride in the morning.
Russell is ploughing away at his job out at Panton Hills. Magnificent house taking shape under Rod Thomas Building team.
Next week we start 433 Glenferrie road. Look out for the signs near Tooorak road.
